Idol 2009 is the 6th season of the popular tv show in sweden. In the program, four of the best music businesses people are out in sweden and hunting for pop stars. Thousands of candidates are fighting to be the number on pop star. During the fall, the 1000 participation will drop to only 10. When it is only ten people left, the program will be broadcasted live on tv4 on friday evening. The winner of the show gest a record contract and gets the chance to record an own cd.
